Test Lead – QA Automation

We are looking for a passionate Test Lead who excels in automation and wants to play a key role in shaping our QA strategy. You will lead by example in developing scalable automation solutions with C# and Playwright, working alongside skilled engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure software excellence across the delivery pipeline.What you’ll doDrive end-to-end automation efforts, creating robust test frameworks that scale with evolving product needs.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.Automate complex UI, API, and database test cases with a high degree of reliability and maintainability.Mentor and uplift the QA team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and encouraging innovation.Actively participate in team rituals, continuous improvement, and keep abreast of cutting-edge tools and trends in test automation and DevOps.Foster a quality-first mindset to ensure releases exceed customer expectations.What we’re looking for5–9 years of hands-on QA automation experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.Strong coding ability in C# with expertise in Playwright automation; experience with other tools and languages is a bonus.Solid understanding and practical experience with SoapUI and API test automation.Well-versed in DevOps concepts, integrating automated tests within Azure DevOps and supporting CI/CD pipelines.Deep exposure to automating UI, functional, and API tests for complex applications.Excellent communication skills to share ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.A proactive learner who enjoys experimenting with new tools and approaches to continuously improve quality and delivery speed.At DevOn, your leadership creates impact.
