Job DescriptionLocation: Zürich, SwitzerlandContract Type: Contracting (100%)Duration: 10 November 2025 – 30 June 2026Role OverviewAs part of a major transformation project to implement a new global financial messaging solution, we’re seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities. The role involves defining test strategies, coordinating global testing efforts, and ensuring a smooth and secure migration of financial messaging capabilities.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all testing phases, from planning to execution and defect managementDevelop comprehensive test strategies and ensure adherence to project timelinesValidate message flows across interconnected systems to guarantee reliability and complianceCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an international environmentEnsure documentation and reporting meet regulatory and quality standardsRequirementsMust-have:Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale IT transformation projectsStrong knowledge of financial messaging systems (e.g. SWIFT, ISO 20022, SIC)Expertise in test strategy development, execution, and defect managementHands-on experience with JIRA and XrayISTQB Certified Test Manager (Advanced) and ISTQB Certified TesterStrong communication, coordination, and leadership skillsFluent German (C1+) and good command of English (B1/B2)Nice-to-haveExperience in payment systems or banking environmentsBackground in integration and system testing in regulated industriesTraining or education in financial services or payment systems
