Test Manager

ALTEN Switzerland’s activities cover all the main strategical areas of the Swiss market in Life Sciences, Engineering & IT Services.The candidate that will succeed in this position will recognize when test automation is appropriate to ease the integrated tests and run regression test campaign, together with a QA engineer.The candidate will be responsible for reporting on the test progress, delivery quality status and test results, adapting test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.ResponsibilitiesDefine the Test Strategy to be applied based on the best practices and initiative specificities, especially the related Release Plan;Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per the standards defined by the organization;Mobilize and manage identified stakeholders for the execution of Integrated testing activities.QualificationsMaster degree or Bachelor in business, digital/web technology, mathematics, engineering or science;5-10 years of experience in integrated Test management in an international context;Proven hands-on experience with manual/functional/automation testing;Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies;Strong proficiency in JIRA and SAP environments, especially Zephyr and Solution Manager;Proven history of leading QA activities;Experience of Luxury industry is a strong plus;Development background is a plus.What we offer youAt Alten, we offer you the security of a permanent contract while also giving you the liberty to work with multiple prestigious clients.
