Job DescriptionDivision: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)Within GDC, you will join the Straight Through Processing (STP) Tribe, in change to build the capabilities required to receive the information sent in by our clients or external shareholders or to deliver the reporting produced by our core business services. STP is a fast-growing Tribe in terms of demand, workforce, technology, asset and volume of messages processed.The roleThe STP Tribe is looking for a Test Manager who, in the context on the EUI Transformation, will pilot the (end-to-end) testing activities of the Communication Modernisation initiatives.This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the modernisation of our current IT platform, playing a key role in the implementation of innovative communication solutions applying new technologies and highest security standards to deliver customer-focused service enhancements.The role will require team leadership proficiency and knowledge of industry standard in test management techniques. A sound understanding of the business strategy & issues, of the technical challenges and of various dependencies faced by the initiatives under their responsibility will be a key success factor.As EUI Communication Modernisation Test Manager, You WillDesign the overall testing and release strategy of the Communication Modernization epics, using a Risk-Based Approach, following the Target Operating Model and in compliance with the SDLC processes and controls in placeBe responsible for the planning, dependencies management, budget estimation and follow-up of the related testing activities, including the test environment managementLead and supervise the timely execution of the testing activities, coordinate the activities and handle dependencies across SquadsAddress test impediments in coordination with the Squads, Scrum Masters, EDO's and other collaborators as relevantEngage with partners in various areas and at all levels of the organisation, fostering alignment and collaboration. You will drive or participate to alignment meetings across the organisation, you will produce, contribute to or review the required test progress report, you will build the consensus of the organisation around the Test Summary Report conclusions and Go/NoGo recommendationProvide support or coaching to the testers involved in the initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of test practicesQualifications:Demonstrated experience in elaborating and driving testing activities for complex initiatives.Experience within the Financial/Banking sector, and familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.Experience with Communication assets and related technologies will be considered as an asset.Proficient in English, both spoken and written!Interpersonal Skills:Strong leadership skills adaptable to various partners and situations!Superb communication skills across all levels of the organization, coupled with the ability to learn quickly and synthesize complex information.Effective negotiation, conflict management, and influencing skills.Proficiency in task delegation while maintaining overall control and driving tasks to completion, in a multi location environment.Self-driven and able to work without constant direction by managing your own workload and delivering work on time and with high quality, using the support and tools provided.Independent, assertive, and can manage challenging internal and external partners.Disciplined, accurate, and have strong organizational skills.Provide constructive feedback that leads to positive changeAble to deal with conflicting priorities and changing environmentAssets:Knowledge of TFS & ServiceNow toolsKnowledge in communication protocolsAbout UsWhy join usEmbark on your new adventure at Euroclear, and work at the heart of the global capital markets.
