Test Manager

Project OverviewClient is building a Minimal Viable Bank (MVP) in a greenfield environment with 80–120 applications.Includes a CyberVault recovery solution to ensure business continuity.MVP will be tested twice a year for disaster recovery readiness.Seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead and coordinate the full DR test lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish governance and align objectives with all stakeholders.Define the scope, test approach, and success criteria.Prepare detailed planning, resource allocation, and communication structure.Support and train DevOps teams for DR readiness.Prepare Run Books for Infrastructure and Application teams (as part of SRP).Execute, monitor, and report DR test results.Conduct retrospectives and identify improvements for future cycles.Required ExperienceProven experience leading complex DR or business continuity programs.Strong understanding of Cyber Recovery technologies and Service Recovery Plans.Background in banking or financial services.Familiar with DevOps and Agile methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Knowledge across Mainframe, Active Directory, Storage, Virtual Platforms, and Network domains.Familiarity with resilience testing scenarios.This is an initial contract for 12 months + extension
