This is a key technical role within our Operations Team.You will join a leading international IT solution company that genuinely cares and values its people.The position is full-time – Canberra-based.A NV1 Security Clearance is needed - Australian Citizenship is a must.We are seeking a Test Manager to join our Canberra team to ensure the integrity of solutions under development. Reporting to our Project Manager, you will be responsible for application testing and evaluation (AT&E) and Validation and Verification (V&V), fault finding, audit reviews, engineering compliance and reporting.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDefining test strategies and test plans, and managing test activities across different streams of delivery. Generating test reports and metrics to communicate the testing progress, results, and quality of the software to stakeholders. Collaborating internally providing feedback and actionable recommendations from internal and external testing. Preparing reports on the status of verification activities. Ensuring alignment of testing with software release goals. Undertaking system testing as required to assist the testing team. Supporting pre-sales work, including effort estimating and proposal writing. Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for systems and processes. Ensuring adherence to stringent security frameworks, standards and policies. The Skills And Experience We Are Looking ForMinimum diploma level qualifications with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or a related field) highly regarded. 4+ years of hands-on test management experience across the entire testing lifecycle. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience in creating and executing test strategies, test plans and test cases. High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) is required. NV1 Security ClearanceTo work within our Defence business unit you must hold (or be able to obtain) and maintain a Defence NV1 security clearance.
