The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Temenos and strong test management skills across complex, multi-stream environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage test planning, execution, and reporting for core banking projects (Temenos).Define test strategy, scope, and deliverables aligned with project timelines and business objectives.Oversee multiple testing phases: SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.Coordinate with development, business analysis, and operations teams to ensure test readiness and defect resolution.Manage offshore and onshore test teams, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.Implement and maintain test automation and performance testing frameworks where applicable.Prepare detailed test progress reports and metrics for stakeholders and senior management.Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.10+ years of testing experience in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in a Test Manager capacity.Strong hands-on experience with Temenos modules and integration testing.Proven track record managing large-scale banking system transformation or upgrade programs.Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Tosca, or equivalent).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology domains.Experience working within structured environments following Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Additional InformationRenewable 1-year contract with potential for long-term extension.Excellent exposure to large-scale banking programs and enterprise-level environments.
