Inmotion Technologies is expanding its internal testing capabilities and is currently building a state-of-the-art vibration laboratory. We are now looking for a Vibration Test Engineer, someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in testing and problem-solving — and who wants to play a key role in ensuring the durability and performance of our products through advanced vibration and environmental testing.About the RoleAs a Vibration Test Engineer, you will:Be responsible for test planning, fixture design, test execution, and vibration analysisLead and develop the vibration lab, including calibration and maintenance of test equipmentPerform vibration and shock testing according to standards (e.g. ISO 16750, IEC 60068, MIL-STD)Conduct climate, EMC, stress, and lifetime testingContribute to continuous improvement of test methods, procedures, and lab infrastructureCollaborate cross-functionally with development, quality, and production from concept to finished productYou will be part of the R&D test team, which manages several test labs and works both operationally and strategically with test equipment and method development.Who Are You?We are looking for someone with:A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or certification in vibration controlAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in vibration and environmental testingSolid knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, and power electronicsExperience with data acquisition, modal analysis, and test software (e.g. MATLAB, LabVIEW, VibrationVIEW, LMS, Python)Ability to analyze test data, generate detailed test reports, and present improvement recommendationsExperience calculating PSD from time history data (FFT) and analyzing FDS and MRSSkills in FEA and CAD (e.g. SolidWorks)Driver’s license (Category B)Proficiency in EnglishSwedish speaking is a plusYou are a curious, solution-oriented, and structured team player who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
