Testing and Commissioning Coordinator for WTP/WWTP

Job SummaryTesting & Commissioning (T&C) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of all testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities on the project site. This role acts as a vital link between the Construction, Engineering, Quality Control, and Operations teams to ensure that all systems are installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and turned over to the client efficiently and safely, in accordance with project specifications and schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule Management: Assist in the development, monitoring, and maintenance of the detailed T&C schedule to ensure alignment with the overall project timeline and key system turnover milestones.Procedure Support: Support the preparation and review of Commissioning Completion Packages (CCP), including project-specific T&C procedures, test forms, and checklists.Document Control: Ensure all T&C documentation (e.g., check sheets, test records, red-line drawings, vendor data) is accurately compiled, tracked, and ready for inclusion in the final turnover package (TOP) or Systems Manual.Readiness Review: Organize and track "readiness reviews" of systems and subsystems before the start of testing activities.On-Site Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day T&C activities between the Owner, Contractor, subcontractors, and vendor representatives for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.Required QualificationsEducation: [Bachelor's Degree/Diploma] in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental) or a related technical field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in Commissioning, Pre-commissioning, or Start-up activities on WTP/WWTP field.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of T&C principles, procedures, and documentation workflowsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams and clients.Location: Head Office in Jakarta, requires up to 10-20% travel to construction and commissioning sites across Indonesia
