IT Testing ManagerLocation: BrusselsEmployment Type: FreelanceStart Date: Mid-November 2025Range: JuniorContext of the mission objective(s) of the job:The IT Testing Manager Junior will be responsible for managing and executing IT testing activities across multiple systems, including computerized systems, websites, and manufacturing equipment, within the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement testing strategies in collaboration with the Testing Lead for each project.Prepare or contribute to GxP documentation such as testing plans, test reports, and related deliverables.Plan, coordinate, and manage testing resources.Design and execute functional test scripts using appropriate testing tools and methodologies.Promote appropriate testing levels during system implementation and ensure quality in defect resolution processes.Required Qualifications and SkillsKnowledge of computerized system testing processes and best practices (e.g., ISTQB, TMAP, GAMP).Strong expertise in manual functional testing frameworks.Demonstrated project and team management abilities.Excellent organizational, planning, and documentation skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).Experience in the pharmaceutical or financial sectors.Strong curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.Service- and customer-oriented attitude.Proactive approach to work and problem-solving.Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, OpenText ALM, BrowserStack, and Azure DevOps.
