Help shape the future of our people management and make a difference in improving how we work as an organisation to preserve Aoteatoa’s natural heritage.As the Workday Testing Team Lead, you'll be at the heart of ensuring that our people focussed applications are fully tested, meeting agreed-upon processes and quality standards before they're released into production.The position will be focussed on:Leading test planning activities across the Workday programme, ensuring alignment with project timelines and scope.Taking a hands-on role in executing testing activities across all modules in scope, including developing and running test scenarios and scripts in close collaboration with business SMEsCoordinating and managing end-to-end testing cycles including End-to-end Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing.Ensuring traceability between requirements, test cases, and defectsSupporting defect triage and resolution processes with vendors and internal teamsProviding regular reporting on test progress, risks, and issues to the programme teamClick here for the Role DescriptionNgā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experienceIf you have some of following, we are keen to hear from you:Proven experience as a Senior Tester or Test Lead in large-scale ERP or SaaS implementations (Workday experience highly desirable)Strong understanding of HRIS processes and testing methodologiesExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with business SMEsExperience in writing and managing test documentation including test plans, scripts, and reportsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple workstreamsFamiliarity with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Learning and Talent Optimization is beneficial (but not mandatory)Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)Desirable:ISTQB Advanced Level Test ManagerHe aha ngā pāinga mōu? | What’s in it for you?DOC places importance on developing a culture where everyone can participate, thrive, and grow.
