Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Executive to manage shipping and warehouse operations, especially with external warehouses (3PL).
You will handle goods receipt and delivery, solve logistics issues, track performance, and support continuous improvement projects. This role is key to ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and timely logistics operations.
What You Will DoAs our Warehouse Executive you will;Coordinate the receipt of goods from suppliers and deliveries to customersManage material call-offs for inbound and outbound logisticsOversee inventory control processes, including blocking, scrapping, and releasing materialsCollaborate with quality teams to ensure materials meet compliance standards before releaseSupport billing and documentation processes for all stock movementsMaintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checksResolve issues related to warehouse operations, customs clearance, and transportationPrepare and support KPI reporting (e. g.
