The opportunityThis individual will serve as the Manager, Records & Information Management and be responsible for leading the governance, administration, and management of Teva’s Global Records & Information Management (RIM) Program. Furthermore, the role will drive strong cooperative partnerships within all areas of the business regarding records management and lead the design and implementation of RIM initiatives and program improvements.

Additionally, this individual will lead the planning, development, administration, and governance of RIM policies and procedures designed to facilitate efficient and effective full lifecycle management of records and other information. This role will report to the VP, Global Data Governance, Legal, Compliance & Ethics.

How You’ll Spend Your DayLead the development and maintenance of RIM policies and proceduresEnhance and develop controls in support of the Teva Global RIM ProgramOversee the company Record Retention Schedule, including research on applicable country legislationLead electronic records managementOversee and provide expertise in relation to records destructionLead RIM training activitiesDrive RIM support and guidance for Teva business unitsLead RIM Program monitoring activitiesLead relationships with external vendors for offsite storage and digital archiving. Your Experience And QualificationsBachelor's (BA/BS) degree in Information Technology, Library and Information Systems, Legal Studies, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. RIM qualifications a plus.
