Job Description

Responsible for coordinating and managing customs clearance activities for import and export shipments. You will ensure compliance with customs regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and provide exceptional customer service to our clientsMinimum EducationSecondary education or equivalentMinimum Experience At least two (2) years of relevant work experience For Associate level, no prior experience is required For Senior level, at least four (4) years of relevant work experience is requiredKnowledge, Skills And Abilities Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and trade compliance Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong accuracy & attention to detailcp match, flight submit, Able to work on weekday, weekend and public holiday, Able to work as a shiftBe able to read, speak and write in English and/or ThaiBe able to work as shift (Day and/or Night)Review customs documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and import/export permitsCommunicate and collaborate with customers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to gather necessary information, resolve inquiries, and address customs-related issuesLiaise with all regulatory bodies to facilitate the customs clearance process and resolve any issues that may ariseStay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations, trade agreements, and tariff structures to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to customersEnsure accurate and timely submission of customs declarations and maintain proper documentation in compliance with oraganization policies and regulatory requirementsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, customer service, and sales teams, to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processesProvide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfactionFedEx was built on a philosophy that puts people first, one we take seriously.
