Job Title: DrafterLocation: Richmond, VAEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience Level: 3-5 years Job Description: We are looking for a CAD Designer to create 2D drawings and support our team. The role involves collaborating with consultants, managing projects, and ensuring accurate, timely work. CAD experience (SoftPlan a plus) and strong communication skills are required.  Responsibilities: Produce computer-aided 2D drawings. Communicate with franchisees, designers, and consultants to accurately prepare drawings. Collaborate with peers and franchisees to understand and support their design needs. Requirements: Proficiency in CAD (experience with SoftPlan is a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.

Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with construction equipment, techniques, drawings, and specifications is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Additional Expectations: Work must be conducted in a timely and professional manner. Must be a self-starter, with a commitment to ongoing self-education to stay current with industry trends, technologies, and tools. Keep managers and supervisors informed of progress; work well within a team; adhere to contract requirements and comply with company policies and procedures. Ability to meet deadlines and exercise sound judgment in Quality AV Design.

Strong communication skills across all team members. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
