About the RoleAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering client projects that meet high professional standards and contractual requirements. Working closely with senior stakeholders and client contacts, you will ensure each project phase is well-executed—from initiation through delivery and final reporting. This role is ideal for someone with prior project management experience who is now looking to deepen their skills in a collaborative, international setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the end-to-end delivery of client programs, ensuring milestones, budgets, and KPIs are metServe as a key contact for clients during project delivery, supporting clear communication and relationship managementCollaborate with internal teams to allocate resources, schedule sessions, and support onsite or virtual deliveryTrack project performance, maintain accurate records in systems such as Salesforce, and assist with internal and external reportingIdentify potential risks or issues and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery processesSupport quarterly and annual reviews through structured data analysis and reportingHelp ensure that the client experience is consistent, professional, and aligned with high service standardsYour ProfileExperience in project management (minimum 1–3 years)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySkilled in using project management or CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with both clients and internal stakeholdersProactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionallyBusiness fluency in German and English; French language skills are a bonusWillingness to travel within Germany up to 15%Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
