We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function at Albion Knitting’s Isle of Man operations. As the company grows, we require a strategic, hands-on finance professional to take ownership of all senior accounting, reporting, and financial planning activities. This role will work closely with the Managing Directors and report directly to company leadership, while also supporting our wider UK operations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong background in financial operations, management reporting, and budgeting, and a proactive mindset to drive improvements across systems and processes.
Exposure to manufacturing or product-based businesses desirable. Skills and Qualifications: · Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent. CPA/MBA is a plus. · Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in a similar role, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or product-based businesses. · Technical Knowledge: Advanced Excel, working knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software. · Analytical Acumen: Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting. · Communication: Clear and confident communication skills, capable of presenting financial insight to non-finance stakeholders. · Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP and business intelligence tools is advantageous. · Attitude:
