Power Platform AnalystFixed Term - ending March 2027 Full Time at 80 hrs per f/nGrade 5 AdministratorAlfred Hospital/Hybrid The DepartmentData and Analytical Services (DAS) provide specialised data management, analysis and reporting services to Alfred Health in addition to providing application support for key corporate applications in the finance team.

The RoleThis represents an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced user of the Power Platform to assist in transforming some of the key finance process from manual to more streamlined approaches. The Power Platform Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to support the Finance Division’s workflow and reporting needs. This role will work closely with finance business partners, data engineers, and business stakeholders to automate workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve data accessibility and decision-making across the organisation.

The role whilst contract initially has the potential to become permanent should the work deliver value. SkillsStrong Power BI skills: data modelling, DAX, interactive reportingExperience deploying solutions across environments and managing the app lifecycleDrive innovation and collaboration with the newest advancements and features within the Power PlatformDesign and develop custom business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate skills to connect solutions with existing data sources including SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint.
