We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join a forward-thinking, technology-driven architecture and design practice. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth of a new regional office in West Palm Beach, with the support and resources of a well-established and innovative firm headquartered in the Northeast. Currently working remotely in the West Palm Beach area, the local team is expanding with plans to establish a physical office within the next year.
You’ll be one of the first on the ground, contributing to both design excellence and the strategic growth of the team. ** This is a FULLY REMOTE ROLE, with an office opening within the next year! Ideal candidates are local to West Palm Beach, FL and/or planning on relocating there. **Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the design and documentation of architectural projects from concept through constructionCollaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent and project goals are metCommunicate confidently and professionally in client-facing rolesParticipate in project planning, design development, and coordination with other disciplinesUtilize cutting-edge design tools and emerging technologies to push the boundaries of innovationMaintain high standards of quality and accountability throughout the design processQualifications: Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M.
Arch)4–8 years of relevant experience in architectural designProficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite; Enscape or similar visualization tools a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-facing experience is essentialAbility to thrive in a remote-first, entrepreneurial environmentLocal to West Palm Beach or planning to relocate (this role requires presence in the area)Other perks!:
