ResponsibilitiesThis role is under the Project Management and Services Department. Responsible for driving large-scale transformation, data, and FinTech projects. Demonstrate strong program and project management capabilities and also banking domain knowledge in at least one of the below: Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Compliance. Take on a program manager role, or project manager role or business analyst role as needed. Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, plan, and budgetDrive project execution including requirement definition, solution design in partnership with technology and data teamsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications for software development and system implementationCreate operating modelsLead testing related activitiesCreate user manuals, training materials, and conduct user trainings as neededGetting buy-ins from stakeholders including Department HeadsRequirementsBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years’ experience as a program manager, project manager, business analyst, product owner, product manager, system integrator, or IT project managerExperience in Big 4 or other consultancy firms is highly desirableStrong analytical, consultative, presentation, and report writing skillsStrong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle alongside banking domain knowledgeAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language to key stakeholders including senior managementProven experience in managing competing prioritiesAbility to come up with proposals and optionsExhibit a high-level of commitment to project delivery, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met consistentlyA good team player with strong interpersonal skills and willing to work with tight scheduleGood understanding of and hands-on experience in both waterfall and agile methodologyProficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
