Job Description

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall office administration, maintenance of office equipment and suppliesTo prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, and correspondenceTo review and handle daily basic accounting operation (such as preparing journal, issues bank cheques, petty cash payment, etc.

) and preparing periodical marketing and management reportsTo assist the Department Head to prepare MIS reports and the departmental budgetTo ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the BankTo take up ad hoc assignments as requiredRequirementsUniversity graduate with minimum of 5 years’ banking experienceExperience in general administration and loan operationsStrong communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and detail-orientedMature, self-motivated, a good team player, independent and able to work under pressureGood command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including PutonghuaPC literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
