Job Description

ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement new credit card initiatives and effective programs to stimulate new card & usage and achieve business and financial targetsPerform data analysis on credit card portfolio & potential target customer segments to drive further business opportunities and establish marketing strategiesMonitor business performance and review result of strategies implemented as well as the marketing budget and P&LCoordinate with internal departments for ensuring smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and cross-selling activitiesMaintain up-to-date market intelligence on credit card businessHandle ad hoc tasks and special assignments as assigned by supervisorRequirementsUniversity graduate in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplineMinimum of 5 years' experience in the banking industry, of which, at least 3 years' in credit card business ; experience in customer segmentation or portfolio is preferredSound knowledge of retail lending products and relevant lending guidelinesGood team player with leadership spiritIndependent, mature, proactive and business orientedStrong communication, planning and analytical skills as well as high risk awarenessAble to work under pressure with tight deadlinesProficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese*Candidates with less working experience can be considered for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager
