Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDeepen client relationships with existing commercial banking clients and solicit new clients/businessesManage and grow existing portfolio of assigned clientsLiaise with various internal / external stakeholders to pitch and close cross sells in various aspects, including Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury / Financial Market products, etc. Independently manage the full spectrum of credit process, including new transaction pitching, term sheet drafting, price setting, preparing credit application report for credit approval, loan documentation, post disbursement credit monitoring, credit review, account opening, etc.

Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by team head, including conducting market study, provide market intelligence, provide guidance to junior RMs, etc.

RequirementsUniversity degree, preferably major in business, financeMinimum of 5 years’ commercial banking experiences in client relationship management with well-developed business connectionsRelevant HKIB qualification would be an advantageExcellent communication, analytical and relationship building skillsSales & customer oriented with solid credit analysis knowledgeSelf-motivated, independent and able to work under pressureExcellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including PutonghuaConversational Japanese would be preferredPersonal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purposes only and will be treated in accordance with the Bank's Personal Data Policy, which is available upon request.
