As a National account manager, you should be organised and able to analyse performance metrics. have great negotiation skills and the ability to foster deep relationships / partnerships with our B2B customers.
Main AccountabilitiesSupport the Planning function, establishing yourself as the go-to for all commercial wholesale activityEstablish and maintain strong relationships with all retail partners, being their main point of contactPrepare and collate sales reports, analysing and sharing key insights and category informationAssist in identifying and implementing retail opportunities across multiple accountsRetain agility to react to retail trends and maximise salesAssist Planning team on finalising retail forecasts and P&L management for all retailers/regionsEnsure proactive inventory and assortment management, working closely with Supply Chain & OpsUndertake ad-hoc analysis in response to business needs, closely interlinked with D2C sales performanceCollaborate proactively with NPD, Merchandising, Marketing & Social teams on maximising retailer sales and scopeOwn the wholesale critical path, ensuring successful NPD launches, submitting required forms in a timely manner and ensuring targets are metResponsible for ensuring promo plans and store roll-outs are executed to maximum effectOwn all NLFs and ensure the wholesale bible is updated regularlyConduct competitor analysis and feed insights to wider teamSuccess in 6 months:
THE BEAUTY CROP is on track to deliver annual D2C revenues of >£15m (FY ‘23) with £3mn EBITDA;Gaining distribution points and NPD listings with our existing retail accounts;Reaching all hurdle rates relating to turn rates and sales at the existing retail accounts. Success in 24 months: THE BEAUTY CROP is track to deliver >£20m annual D2C revenues with £4mn EBITDA;Expanding our Products in all relevant retail and wholesale accounts in the UK ;Candidate Profile: To succeed at The Beauty Crop, you must have an entrepreneurial mindset and a growth-oriented attitude.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate the fast-paced and constantly evolving nature of our direct to consumer, e-commerce and wholesale/retail cosmetics business. You must be highly organised and willing to take calculated risks and have a bias for action, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the business. You must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to balance short-term tactics and objectives with long-term vision and goals. Additionally, you must be customer-focused and have a deep understanding of our target audience.
You must be passionate about cosmetics and have your finger on the pulse of the latest beauty trends and styles. You must be creative and innovative, with the ability to anticipate and respond to changing consumer / customer needs and preferences, before they happen. This role is for you if you have:
