About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead the Groups human capital function across all campuses and business units. This is a senior leadership role responsible for aligning HR with the organizations mission, ensuring robust people strategies, and enabling a high-performance, inclusive, and values-based culture. ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDesign and implement a Group-wide HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and future growth plans.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on all people-related matters. Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives to support expansion. Talent Acquisition & DevelopmentOversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for academic and non-academic roles. Build a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent across the education and management sectors. Lead performance management, leadership development, and succession planning programs. HR Operations and ComplianceStandardize and streamline HR operations across campuses, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Manage compensation and benefits structures, including payroll, leaves, and staff welfare programs.
Develop and enforce HR policies, codes of conduct, and grievance redressal mechanisms. Culture & EngagementChampion a culture of continuous learning, ethical behavior, and inclusivity across the Group. Lead employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms to improve morale and retention. Support change management, staff communication, and alignment of organizational values. HR Systems & AnalyticsDigitize HR systems and workflows to enable data-driven decision-making. Monitor key HR metrics (attrition, satisfaction, productivity) and report regularly to leadership. RequirementsMasters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR (e. g. , SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in multi-site, people-centric organizations. Exposure to the education sector is an advantage. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
