Job DescriptionTemporary role to fill in when a full-time teacher is absent. Assists to help students deepen their conversion to Jesus Christ and His restored gospel, to qualify for the blessings of the temple, to prepare for missionary and Church service, and to build the kingdom of God. ResponsibilitiesClassroom caretaker to instruct students in place of absent full-time teacher. Works in partnership with Administration to effectively present prepared lessons to students that have been compiled by full-time teacher.
Assist students to fulfill their role in the learning processTeach in the Savior’s Way by focusing on Jesus Christ, loving those you teach, teaching by the Spirit, teaching the Doctrine, and inviting diligent learningEnsure student safety in the classroomOther duties as assigned by AdministrationUphold all SAI policies at all timesQualificationsForm 7/Year 13 pass. Some tertiary level schooling preferred,Excellent English communication skills in reading & writing. Computer literate. Excellent interpersonal skills. Meets SAI conditions of employment. Align, uphold all employment policies. Police clearance required. Maintains The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple worthiness standards.
