This person would work on the acquisition & disposition side of the business. You would be a big impact player at an industry leading private equity real estate firm that invests in and manages apartments nationwide! Key ResponsibilitiesEach year, you will lead anywhere from $2-4 billion of transactions. Oversee elite analytics of 600-800 potential property acquisitions and narrow it down to the top 1-2%.
Manage and oversee a $3 billion debt portfolio.
