This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow into a leadership role.

Learn more at www. mckeewoodcraft. com. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare takeoffs and estimates for single-family custom homes and multi-family residential projects. Estimate doors, trim, hardware, and cabinetry packages accurately and efficiently. Manage job setup tasks including submittals, procurement schedules, and supplier buyouts. Process change orders and collaborate on contract negotiations. Assist with pay application setup and maintain client communication throughout project timelines. Support customer relationship management through responsiveness and professionalism. Maintain detailed records and follow up consistently on all bids and proposals. QualificationsMinimum 2 years of estimating or construction experience (finish carpentry, millwork, or cabinetry preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; database experience and familiarity with both Mac and Windows environments are a plus. Understanding of construction documents and materials. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or in a team. Must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record. References are required and will be verified. Preferred QualificationsBackground in finish carpentry estimating or project coordination. Industry contacts in residential and multi-family construction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Desire to grow into a management or senior estimating role.
