Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & LaunchCreate detailed project timelines, budgets, and scopes. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and permitting agencies. Financial OversightManage budgets, track expenses, and handle change orders. Approve invoices and ensure fiscal accountability. Team LeadershipDirect subcontractors, labor teams, and on-site personnel. Foster a safe and collaborative project culture. On-Site ExecutionOversee day-to-day construction progress and logistics. Conduct job site inspections and enforce code compliance.
Risk & Quality ManagementResolve conflicts and manage delays or unforeseen challenges. Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards. Client & Vendor CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Provide regular progress updates and maintain project documentation. Project CloseoutConduct final walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and close out projects. Deliver all closeout documentation and obtain final client approval. Qualifications7+ years of project management experience in the construction industry. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and safety standards.
Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget. Proficient with construction management tools and software. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Valid driver's license; willingness to travel to project sites.
