The Daebak Company (더대박컴퍼니) is a Seoul-based leading subscription box startup that delivers the best of Korean culture—through products, experiences, and content—to fans around the world. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to help plan and coordinate exciting programs that shape the future of Hallyu (K-wave) commerce and cultural exchange. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in global marketing, content creation, and Korean cultural trends. We prefer someone who is available to start immediately. 📍 Internship Duration : 2 to 6 months📍 Location:

Seoul or Remote📌 ResponsibilitiesYou’ll work with our cross-functional team on one or more key projects depending on your interests and strengths: 1. Tester Program (Product Feedback & Community Beta Launches)Coordinate product tester programs involving global Daebak communityCommunicate with testers, track feedback, and organize reportsCollaborate with marketing, product, and CS teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction2. Ads Program (Revenue-based Marketing Model)Assist in developing ad package offerings for brands Research monetization strategies for digital platforms (box inserts, homepage ads, newsletter, SNS)Create simple pitch decks or templates for brand partnerships3. Box Program Management(Ex:

Daebak Box, Themed Box, Brand Box, Region Box)Help manage product curation, schedule tracking, and logistics coordinationResearch themes, cultural holidays, or regional trends for upcoming boxesCollaborate with creative and sourcing teams for smooth execution4. Korea-based Cultural Programs(e. g.
