The EC Premium Food Pte Ltd is a leading food manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee both revenue growth and production efficiency at our factory. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of food manufacturing operations, sales, and financial management. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall profitability and operational excellence of the factory. You will drive initiatives to increase revenue, optimize production processes, and ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety. Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and production goals, aligning with the company's overall vision. Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market reach, and develop effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Production Management: Oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and inventory management. Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to production timelines. Financial Management: Manage the factory's budget, control operational costs, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across production, sales, and administrative functions. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with relevant food safety regulations and certifications (e. g. , HACCP, ISO). Supply Chain Management: Oversee raw material procurement, logistics, and supply chain efficiency to support uninterrupted production. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies. Requirements:
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the food manufacturing industry or related industry, with a proven track record in both revenue generation and production management. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and optimizing manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, quality control systems, and relevant industry regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and solve complex problems.
