Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investment Advisory Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering sophisticated investment solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
This role is central to designing and managing client-centric portfolios that reflect each family’s unique objectives, risk tolerance, and governance structure. Key Responsibilities: Design tailored Investment Policy Statements (IPS) that reflect clientobjectives, risk appetite, liquidity needs, and governance structure. Construct and manage portfolios anchored in Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), integrating both public and private market exposures. Conduct portfolio diagnostics including risk attribution, stress testing, scenario analysis, and rebalancing recommendations. Lead manager selection and due diligence across asset classes—public equities, fixed income, private equity, private credit, and real assets—combining quantitative analysis with qualitative assessment.
Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks, producing client-friendly reporting and variance commentary. Collaborate with RMs and advisors to translate investment strategy into personalized solutions aligned with family-specific objectives. Contribute to the digitization of OCIO services, including AI-driven analytics, reporting, and aggregation capabilities through AIO+. Join client and prospect meetings, presenting investment strategy, market views, and performance insights with clarity and confidence. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment management, family office, OCIO, or multi-asset roles—preferably with exposure to both public and private markets.
Experience working within or advising family offices, understanding multi generational needs, illiquid asset considerations, and wealth structuring complexities. Strong grasp of portfolio theory, SAA, IPS development, and multi-asset class investment frameworks. Demonstrated ability to evaluate both traditional and alternative asset managers, including private fund structures. Advanced proficiency with investment and reporting tools (e. g. , Bloomberg, Morningstar, eFront, Addepar, or equivalents). Plus: CFA charterholder or CFA Level III Proven ability to distill complex investment ideas into clear, actionable client materials.
