Pay: 35. 00-43. 00/hr. Length of Assignment: 1 year to start with potential for extension or conversion. Perform drug product physical and chemical characterization and monitor in-house stability studies to ensure optimal formulation development and selection. Knowledge of small molecule and solid oral dosage forms. Understanding of the physical and chemical characterization of molecules, including solid state and solution properties. Familiarity with drug product characterization technologies. Contribute to the identification of critical drug product characteristics and biopharmaceutical properties which may impact formulation development and key project deliverables. Contribute to in in-vitro performance method development and testing on drug product or intermediates.
Demonstrated knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC, dissolution, DSC, TGA, SEM, PXRD, particle sizer etc. ), and broad knowledge of other techniques used in pharmaceutical development.
