Build and evolve SOPs and performance playbooks that drive process improvements and operational efficienciesDelight customers: Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Support, and Carrier teams to ensure seamless execution and a consistent customer experience. Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in logistics or supply chain operationsExperience with shipment monitoring, rapid exception resolution, and effective carrier communicationComfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and tracking data. Nice to have: TMS platforms (Turvo, Mercury Gate, or similar)Education: high school diploma required; degree preferred
