Work with dealers to develop sub-dealers by deploying best business practices and integrate within key customer plans. Activities include planning, reporting, sales objective setting and reporting, sales program implementation and territory mapping. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement working closely with sales team prioritizing opportunities; Coordinates with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for Operational Excellence. Manage daily & weekly analysis on sales unit, price & margin, and implement an efficient information flow among Marketing, SC and Finance.
