As a Bill Validation Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our energy management team through accurate data entry and detailed analysis of energy bills. You’ll help ensure our clients are being charged correctly by suppliers, identifying discrepancies, and supporting ongoing cost-saving initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Accurate data entry of utility bills into internal systemsValidate energy bills against contractual rates and usageIdentify billing errors or anomalies and escalate as appropriateMaintain and update client billing recordsSupport the preparation of reports for internal teams and clientsLiaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepanciesWhat We're Looking For:
