Job Description: Legal Engineering: Develop optimal legal solutions to support the Group’s strategic objectives. Advisory Role: Serve as the Group’s internal legal advisor, providing guidance on a wide range of legal matters. Legal Representation: Represent the Group before official and private entities in all legal capacities. Governance Oversight: Supervise the implementation of best-in-class corporate governance practices in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Contract Management:
Draft, review, and provide legal opinions on the Group’s contracts and agreements. Regulatory Relations: Strengthen relationships with regulatory bodies and strategic partners to ensure the delivery of services in line with the highest standards. Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that promote continuous learning, staff development, and motivation to ensure high-quality service delivery. Legal Opinions: Prepare legal reports and formal opinions on consultations and inquiries referred to the Legal Department by the Chairman. Litigation Management: Manage legal cases, draft legal memoranda, and prepare all necessary documentation for litigation involving the Group. Investigations & Complaints:
Review grievances and complaints and conduct necessary investigations into matters referred by various departments. Requirements: BSc/BA in law. More than 15 years of legal experience in corporate and legal institutions. A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality. Methodical with outstanding planning abilities. Analytical thinking with the ability to see the complexities of procedures and regulations. Excellent communications kills. Native Arabic Speakers only.
