Job SummaryThe Senior System Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of mission-critical trading and brokerage systems. This role ensures seamless integration with market data providers, order management systems (OMS), and regulatory platforms, while maintaining high availability, security, and performance standards crucial to capital market operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the analysis of trading platforms, back-office systems, and market integration tools used in equities, fixed income, and derivatives trading.

Collaborate with traders, business analyst, risk managers, compliance officers, and developers to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Design system workflows for trade lifecycle events: order placement, execution, settlement, and reporting. Ensure integration with stock exchange APIs, market data feeds. Work closely with compliance to ensure systems adhere to capital markets regulations. Analyse and optimize trading system performance (low latency, failover recovery, data synchronization). Develop and maintain System Requirement Specifications (SRS), interface definitions, and data mapping documents. Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities, including regression and performance testing.

Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to best practice frameworks. Investigate production issues related to trade processing and lead root cause analysis. Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in system analysis or IT business analysis, preferably in the financial sector. In-depth knowledge of order management systems (OMS), execution management systems (EMS), and post-trade processing. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, and secure system architecture. Proficiency in modelling techniques: UML, ERD, BPMN, and use of tools such as Visio, Enterprise Architect.

Experience in working with Oracle databases, message queues, and REST/SOAP APIs. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with tools like Visio, Jira
