The Growth Center is Business Development Firm serving B2B SaaS companies, led by Ryan Schnitzler - located in Boca Raton, Florida. We are building a team of A-players to join us on the journey to make a positive impact in the B2B business world. That's why we're looking for our newest Account Manager to join our team.

The role of an Account Manager is to fulfill Outbound Marketing Services for our B2B SaaS clients to help them generate leads and grow their sales pipeline - as well as ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment between our clients and our internal team. Account Managers act as strategic Lead Generation Specialists for our clients - creating outbound marketing campaigns across email and LinkedIn, managing client and internal communication, and delivering exceptional results that align with each client's business objectives.

We are currently in search of a proactive, results-driven individual that's looking for the opportunity to work with some of the fastest growing B2B SaaS companies on the market. As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include:

Onboarding new ClientsClient Relationship Management & Client CommunicationCreating highly targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo and Sales NavigatorWriting scripts for outbound campaigns across email and LinkedInTracking and monitoring outbound campaign performanceInternal Team Coordination with the Fulfillment TeamProblem Solving & SupportClient Retention & Upsell OpportunitiesIn this role, you have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the success, trajectory, and growth of the business, while simultaneously taking your own personal, professional, and financial growth to the next level. RequirementsThese are skills and experiences that would make you a strong candidate for this position:

Experience in running B2B Cold Email Marketing Campaigns. Experience in running B2B LinkedIn Outreach Campaigns. Experience writing copy that converts cold traffic into warm traffic (lead generation) Experience in a B2B Sales / Marketing / Business Development Job. Experience Coaching or Managing B2B Sales or Marketing Teams. Experience consulting other B2B SaaS or B2B Service businesses. Experience using Project Management software like Asana. Experience using tools like Instantly, SmartLead, and EmailBison for cold email. Experience using tools like HeyReach or Expandi for LinkedIn outreachHere are Additional Attributes we are looking for:
