We are currently seeking a **Purchasing & Stores Assistant** to join our team at The Hardiman. This role is key to supporting the day-to-day purchasing and stock control operations of the hotel. Key Responsibilities: Process and track orders using **Procure Wizard** Check and confirm deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy Store goods safely and in line with **HACCP** standards Maintain a clean and organised delivery area and office Assist with regular food and beverage stocktakes Ensure proper stock control and documentation Requirements:
