The successful Candidate will report to the Dry-Goods Admin Controller . Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to: Ensure effective administration of stock variances.
Manage and assist with the administration of losses and write-offs Ensure effective administration, workplace improvement and housekeeping Control ISO procedures and Internal Control Checklists (ICCs) Assist with compiling the annual Warehouse Budget and Forecasts Workplace improvement Assist with daily and monthly stock take process Assist with effective management of Warehouse goods Assist and coordinate the loading / offloading of contracted transport The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following Experience/skills Must have Grade 12 A tertiary qualification in Warehouse and Logistics will be beneficial. Must have minimum of 1-2 years Warehouse administration. Proven immaculate administrative skill.
Knowledge and experience in administrative systems. Attention to detail is essential. Working knowledge and Computer literate in MS Office, Excel - intermediate level is essential. Experience on the SAP administrative system will be beneficial. Understanding of (SOP) standard operating procedures within Warehouse environment. Experience in stock management Dynamic, energetic individual who enjoys a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels also with suppliers and both internal and external customers. Knowledge of ISO and HACCP systems.
