Job Description

Wonderful opportunity to join a close knit team that values and respects all of their employees! Our client is a creative, busy with writing and producing some of your favorite TV shows. His long time assistant is moving on and we are looking for a wonderful career, Executive Assistant, to jump in! You will work out of a lovely office in West LA, Monday-Friday, usually 9am-5pm and be on call for as needed calls emails. You’ll be in charge of managing his business life, and running the office.

Please have excellent references and at least 10 plus years of recent senior Executive Assistant experience to be considered. We would like to see that you have supported high profile and or busy entertainment executives and have an understanding of the business lifestyle. Please also be tech savvy and up to date with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ChatGPT and more. The ability to learn new tech is important, but you will not be asked to code.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant Office Manager to support our executive team and oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate discretion in handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant Duties: • Manage complex calendars and coordinate executive scheduling. • Arrange meetings and appointments as needed. • Draft, review, and handle executive correspondence. • Facilitate signatures and manage sensitive confidential documents. • Oversee and respond to publicity, requests, and invitations on behalf of executives. • Manage and troubleshoot executive device needs (phones, laptops, etc. ). Office Management Duties:

• Oversee office maintenance and cleaning schedules vendors. • Coordinate IT and audiovisual support for the office. • Track and manage office bills and expense reports. • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and reordered as needed. • Maintain document management systems for filing and record-keeping. • Update and maintain the office manual, ensuring all procedures and policies are current. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role. • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. • Tech-savvy, with experience managing devices and basic IT AV troubleshooting. • Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Salary offered $150,000 a year, DOE plus excellent health insurance, 401k and generous PTO.
