Assist with heavy project management, ensuring deadlines are met and details don’t fall through the cracksProactively manage the CEO’s inbox and communications, flagging priorities and drafting responsesCoordinate complex calendars, meetings, and eventsCoordinate occasional travel and prepare detailed itinerariesPrepare briefing materials, reports, and executive-level documentsManage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentialityCollaborate cross-functionally with other team members to support firm-wide initiativesABOUT YOU:
7+ years of executive support experience, within real estate development,Experience shadowing an executive’s inbox and handling communication with tactCalm under pressure and highly organized—you manage chaos without showing itExcellent written communication and ability to draft clear, concise correspondenceResourceful, proactive, and someone who can operate one step aheadYou bring a “no task too small” mindset and a high standard of professionalismPERKS AND BENEFITS:
