Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, part of the iNUA Collection, is a renowned Five Star hotel located in Killarney, Co. Kerry. The hotel is surrounded by nature in Killarney National Park and is only 4 Km from the town centre. We are now delighted to announce that we are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in the Monks Lounge. This is a permanent role, based in the hotel, offering a very attractive package and benefits.

Overview Of The RoleTo provide exceptional service to our guests in Monks Lounge and to maximise guest satisfaction and food and beverage profitability. Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsures that guests receive high quality serviceEnsure that the Lounge premises are in neat and orderly condition at all timesGreet and seat the guests, and makes sure that they receive prompt, courteous and efficient serviceProvide guests with high quality servicePerform all service duties of the Monks Lounge, i. e. food service, beverage service, room service etc.

Seek appropriate opportunities to communicate with guests to personalise the serviceEnsures readiness and compliance among all team membersThe ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience working in high-volume operations is a distinct advantage. Must have excellent knowledge of HACCP. Understanding of Food and Beverage proceduresMust be flexible within the roleGood communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)Reasons to applyCompetitive salary and benefits package.
