Job DescriptionAre you passionate about organising, orchestrating, and project leading assessment centres for creative LEGO Designers? As the Design Resource Pipeline Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to design and lead innovative evaluation programs with a focus on identifying the unique creative strengths of individuals and aspiring creators.

Core ResponsibilitiesPartner with LEGO designers, leaders, and strategy teams to ensure that our design potential assessment efforts align with our evolving creative ambitionsDesign and lead evaluation programs, focused on identifying designers’ creative strengths with an understanding of the capabilities that we need to tackle future portfolio challenges and opportunitiesBuild and maintain a pool of future designers from independent builders to professional designersLaunch and refine initiatives that allow LEGO Design to connect early with promising individuals, long before they might join the organizationTranslate future creative needs into external-facing initiatives — enabling us to explore new communities, geographies, or design fieldsRepresent the Design & Innovation Excellence team in global forums and events — identifying new sources of creative inspiration and connectionPlay your part in our team succeedingBased in Billund, Denmark, LEGO Design is a global collective of nearly 600 designers.

Your role is to create the systems, tools, and programs that help us stay connected to exceptional designers - especially in places traditional pathways don’t reach. Rather than sourcing for open roles, your work will build a foundation of creative readiness — helping LEGO Design see further, sooner.

Do you have what it takes?An interest or experience in consumer-packaged goods and/or digital content marketingExperience designing or leading assessment programs, workshops, or challenges with the ability to confidently present in front of an audience and deliver a great event experienceA strong sense of creative judgment and familiarity with design fields, such as physical product, digital, visual or interactive design combined with curiosity about exploring designers' raw and growth potential in those areasProven skills in program or experience design, especially in educational, community or design innovation settingsOrganized, proactive, and structured working style, plus a passion for project leading and collaborating across creative, strategic, and operational teamsExperienced in building creative pipelines that prioritize exploration, community, and long-term relationship building over short-term filling of rolesTech savvy with an understanding of Microsoft Office tools (e.

g. Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, potentially SAP) including a curiosity about creating digital workflows, dashboards or databases that bring structure and insights into external engagement activities Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
