This role offers cross-functional exposure, collaborating not only with the eCommerce team but also with key partners in Performance Marketing & SEO, Go to Market Campaign Planning, Category Management, Promotions, Forecasting, Data Science, Digital Products, and more. com based on a combination of metrics & methods to “tell the story “of the main drivers behind results. Focus on understanding at pace cross channel media performance across both individual campaigns, to drive in-campaign optimisation, & broader media performance, to optimise always on investment. Act as a business partner to the Performance Marketing & SEO team. Provide proactive challenge on how to optimise investments in a changing commercial landscape. Share concrete recommendations to trigger action and work collaboratively across the business to put actions in place. Support significant marketing events, reporting on real time performance & proactively identifying areas for optimisation (e.
g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday). Monitor & identify areas of improvement which cover areas as broad as how shoppers enter & move through the site to the campaign taxonomy used and the shared data with our media agencies. Identify gaps in the way we currently report on cross channel media performance & recommend changes in our ways of working to continuously improve business understanding. Ensure that the data we utilise is accurately reported & partner with A&I Enabling & other data owners to ensure ongoing governance is in place for LEGO. com.
Do You Have What It TakesStrong analytical skills with experience using a combination of click stream data (Adobe Analytics (must have) or Google Analytics) and ad platform data ideally in a direct to consumer eCommerce Insights team. Established proficiency in data visualisation, ideally power BI. Understanding of data structure and the ability to drive meaning from large, unconnected data. Strong SQL skills a key benefit for this role. Experience delivering impactful insights scross multiple marketing channels, such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates and SEO and hold an understanding of how they interact together.
A confident storyteller with experience generating & delivering actionable insights on cross channel Media performance. Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build new relationships and drive through challenging decisions. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
