Core ResponsibilitiesPlay a key part in the ERP Transformation’s Programme Management Office as student worker with responsibilities in the space ofSupporting internal reporting and documentation for stakeholdersAssisting with budget tracking and financial updatesEngaging with a broad range of stakeholders and managing the programme mailboxSupporting the preparation of project presentations and updatesFacilitating the project management toolsets and templates Work well both independently and as part of a team, ensuring alignment with priorities and timely delivery of key work items. Ability to work and execute in agile environments.

Play your part in our team succeedingThe Global ERP Transformation team leads the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and the long-term ERP transformation that supports the strategic ambitions of the LEGO Group. You will be part of the Programme Management Office that is accountable for the setup of the programme, reporting, financial management, people management and general ways-of-working, including tools and methods. We expect you to be working two days per week in Billund/Copenhagen, with flexibility around exams and the possibility of working from home when aligned with your people manager.

Do you have what it takes?Master student in Finance/Business Development/Science or other related fieldFluent English – in reading, writing and speakingKnowledge about project managementKnowledge in most/all Microsoft Office products and good understanding of SharePointAbility to communicate complex/detailed information in a simple and visual wayCustomer driven and service mindedAbility to take initiative and act on opportunitiesApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
