Core ResponsibilitiesFinance partnering for an organization – Workplace solutions & Operations (WS&O) – that drives a broad agenda covering operations, maintenance and upgrade of all factory buildings and premises; catering, cleaning and services at our factory sites and all security services across the full LEGO Group.
Partner directly with VP, WS&O and WS&O leadership team and be an equal and active member of the WS&O leadership team to drive, co-drive and co-own business strategy and priorities setting as well as business decisions (financial and non-financial) all linking in to the overall LEGO Group strategy. As part of this you will partner on significant factory maintenance and upgrade projects, sustainability projects and third party outsourced service contracts.
Informal leadership of a group of 6-7 finance colleagues (at the factory sites and 1-2 in own team) as part of leading and driving the finance partnering group that supports the WS&O organisation at the factory sites and globally. This includes e. g. monthly sub-team meetings, 1 1 meetings etc. Drive Performance management and reporting across the business areas incl. driving financial transparency and governance on projects and contracted outsourced services. Co-drive business efficiency and productivity agenda including identifying opportunities to improve business performance and processes through data-driven insights.
Play your part in our team succeedingIn this role you will be part of a Finance team of 9-10 people that supports our Engineering & Workplace organization. You will work across key senior business stakeholders globally and locally. Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate brings a relevant financial background combined with solid finance business experience within a global company. It will be an advantage if you have experience from a manufacturing or construction industry.
