In this role, you’ll support internal systems, assist in building out new digital tools and dashboards, contribute to legal financial tracking, and pitch in on process improvement and AI-related initiatives.

Core ResponsibilitiesAssist in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting toolsHelp structure and set up SharePoint sites to keep information organized and accessibleSupport legal financial tasks, including spend tracking, vendor reporting, and budget-related activitiesSupport ongoing projectsContribute to AI and automation initiatives, helping us explore smarter ways of workingProvide user support for internal legal systems and assist with day-to-day operational needsJump in on ad hoc tasks, from organizing data to prepping presentations and newsletters (no two days are exactly alike)Spot opportunities to make things better – we love a fresh pair of eyes and a “there’s a better way” attitudeDo you have what it takes?Who We’re Looking ForYou must be enrolled in an educational institution during your employment.
