Job DescriptionAre you energized about delivering impactful marketing to help ignite love for LEGO® in the hearts of kids and adults?Join our Western Europe Trade Marketing team, bringing your marketing experience, energy and collaborative approach to drive and develop the LEGO® brand!Please note This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Munich or in our HQ in Billund and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core ResponsibilitiesToy FairsBe a co-lead of the global toy fair squad, working with Global Commercial Development (GCD) on ensuring a clear strategy for toy fairs, defining the purpose, audience needs, ideal practice sharing and review. Be a core member of the Nuremberg Toy Fair Project team representing brand. Responsible for all brand related tasks and topics for Nuremberg Toy Fair, coordinating and liaising with our global brand team (IMA) and global product teams (PMD).

Ensure a strong brand presence at Nuremberg Toy Fair, aligned to the overall company objectives and priorities, on the main stand, the main window and throughout the fair. Act as a liaison between various global teams; Product (PMD), IP, confidentiality, model production, global brand (IMA). Set the strategic brand direction as well as ensure audience and franchise strategies come through in the fair execution. IP Partner ManagementLead the orchestration of IP Partner alignment across EMEA, ensuring seamless collaboration with LEGO Markets & Channels regional teams for impactful retail activations.

Work closely with our IP partners (for example, Disney and Warner Brothers) as well as our internal IP teams. Providing support for Joint Business planning initiatives with IP partners and regional/local teams. Orchestrate Regional bi-annual retail planning sessions. Own retail-led performance intelligence, input into global business reviews. Support Partner facing reporting with internally aligned data-driven storyline and actionable insights. Liaise with relevant internal teams to facilitate cohesive activations and test & learn programs that capitalize on partnership opportunities.

Play your part in our team succeeding!The Trade Marketing Manager will be a vital part of the Western Europe (WE) Trade Marketing Team, with two main focuses Brand Presence in Toy Fairs and EMEA IP support. This role will be part of the global toy fair squad to align and coordinate global brand related topics in all toy fairs. Further this role will be a core member of the Nuremberg Toy Fair Project team ensuring a strong brand presence and execution at the largest toy fair in the world.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for IP partner alignment for retail plans across EMEA. This role will work closely with our external IP partners as well as our internal IP teams to deliver mutual value between the LEGO Group and IP partners while driving commercial momentum in line with company priorities and audience objectives. Ideally additional experience in partner management, event management and planningProven skill in navigating complex planning and applying insights to daily operations of partnership activationsStrong organizational skills and competency in managing multiple projects with various cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
